A seasoned entrepreneur with over thirty years of distinguished experience, Jim is a recognized leader in healthcare innovation. He has successfully owned, operated, and consulted for an extensive portfolio of healthcare facilities, including skilled nursing, memory care, behavioral health, and assisted living communities.

Combining executive leadership with deep operational expertise, Jim excels in strategic planning, operational optimization, and revenue enhancement through targeted marketing initiatives and strategic acquisitions. His consultative approach provides clients with actionable insights and solutions tailored to achieve measurable results.

Jim’s commitment to excellence extends to public service, notably his appointment by former Missouri Governor Jay Nixon to multiple State Boards and Commissions, including the State of Missouri Board of Senior Services. His contributions in these roles underscore his dedication to improving healthcare standards and practices statewide.

Ben Burford

An entrepreneur with over two decades of experience starting, scaling, and exiting businesses across a diverse range of industries. His career spans venture-backed semiconductors, technology and strategy consulting, SaaS and cloud software, home services, and emerging franchise systems.

Ben brings deep expertise in both capital-intensive technologies and operationally complex businesses. He has built and led companies from pre-revenue to scale, executed M&A transactions, and driven growth through both organic and acquisition-based strategies. His experience includes founding companies, leading go-to-market efforts, managing acquisitions, holding executive roles, and consulting for Fortune 100 companies.

He studied Electrical Engineering at Santa Clara University in the heart of Silicon Valley and also studied Economics at the University of Washington. This foundation, paired with a strong entrepreneurial track record, gives him a unique blend of technical depth and strategic insight—making him a versatile leader across both traditional and emerging industries.
